SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note: If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the package, the customer will be charged for the shipping fees and customs duties associated with the automatic return of the package to the sender. This amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded.

LOCAL ORDERS

The estimated delivery time for all local orders is up to 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that some areas have limited delivery services.

Estimated delivery time for international orders: up to 7 business days excluding customs clearance. We primarily work with DHL Express for our worldwide shipments.

International shipments may incur shipping charges depending on the destination. Please note that these shipments may also be subject to customs duties and taxes. Customs duties and import taxes incurred on shipments to overseas addresses are the responsibility of the customer and our company cannot be held responsible for these charges in any way.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

The total cost of your order does not include local sales taxes and import duties. If you are required to pay any fees for your product, the relevant shipping company will contact you directly via email or phone to pay the required amount. Our company has no control over these fees and assumes no responsibility.

Please note that this may delay delivery time, as items held in customs can only be released after the necessary fees are paid to the local authorities.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information and the courier who will be delivering your order.
