Refund policy


All sales are final. Our pieces are individually handmade by one person and undergo a thorough quality check before shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared for our customers in line with special requests and needs.

However, if the product you receive is visibly faulty, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Refunds for Faulty Items: If the product is damaged before delivery or reaches you in a faulty condition, you can reach us at dilara@dilaraanil.com within 3 days of the delivery of your product. If you do not notify us within 3 days that the product was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty condition, our company is not responsible.

Packaging Condition: If the product is damaged before being opened, and there is visible damage to the packaging, you must report this immediately after delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage.

Damage Photos: You are required to send clear photos showing the damage, proving that the damage occurred during shipping. The photos should clearly display the product's condition as well as the damage to the packaging before it was opened.

We don’t offer refunds under the following conditions:

Post-Opening Damage: If the product is damaged after the package is opened or if any modifications or misuse occur, this will not qualify for a refund.

Items Purchased on Sale: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds.

 

Uniqueness of Our Products

As all of our products are handmade, each item is different and cannot be reproduced. This means that the product you purchase is a one-of-a-kind and unique art piece created specifically for you. Therefore, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Refund Requests

Refund requests will only be processed if the conditions outlined above are met and within the specified time frame. All sales are final, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond the outlined conditions. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

All of our handmade products go through a thorough quality control process before being shipped. If you experience any issues with the product, please contact us within the specified time frame. Late requests will not be eligible for a refund.
